  • Carrie loves doing 90 minute workout sessions that target her lower body

Country Queen Carrie Underwood is blazing a trail across the country as part of her Denim & Rhinestones tour, and she just dropped a few pics on Instagram from her latest performance that are just…wow.

In the photos, the 39-year-old singer can be seen onstage, belting out songs, in the coolest leather chaps paired with cut-off shorts. Her legs are next-level toned, as you can see in the chaps, when she’s just wearing the cut-offs, and in fringed bodysuit outfit with matching boots.

“Last night was super fun! Thanks, #Moline for going out on the town on a Saturday night! #QuadCities #DenimAndRhinestonesTour 📸: @jeffjohnsonimages,” she wrote in the caption, crediting her photographer Jeff Johnson for the fabulous photos.

While some people clutched their pearls in the comments over Carrie showing a little leg, others celebrated it. “Legs 😍🔥,” one wrote simply. “You have the best looking legs,” someone else said.

Carrie ~also~ dropped a pic from her show in Denver that showed off some seriously jacked arms as she went to town on the drums.

If you're wondering how Carrie is so darn ripped, you've come to the right place. Women's Health is here to provide all the answers. The first thing to know is that Carrie has worked with trainer Eve Overland since practically forever, and Overland recently shared some insider details about their workouts with Women’s Health.

According to Overland, the two exercise together almost every day when Carrie is on the road. “Even though the touring life is high demand and schedules are crazy, we have a set routine and can guarantee that time together,” Overland said. "Carrie prioritizes her time to work out. That is her 'me time' to do something she truly enjoys and to start her day on a positive note.”

Sessions are usually 90 minutes, and Carrie is all in while she's working. “Carrie is always up for a challenge,” Overland said. “She loves to push her body. She continues to grow by trying new things and practices until it is mastered. She is a machine.”

Carrie will cycle through things like squats, deadlifts, and lunges (gotta tone those legs!). “We progress, add challenge, and mix things up by changing the amount of weight used, reps, tempo and equipment,” Overland said. Carrie also has a mobile gym that goes on the road with her that includes a leg press machine, a TRX, stability ball, cables, and mini bands. There’s also a treadmill and elliptical in the mix, as you can see from this BTS photo she shared alongside her husband, Mike Fisher.

On the food front, Carrie is a vegetarian who previously joked to Women’s Health that she’s a “wannabe vegan.” She aims for overall balance, with meals that can include things like a tofu or egg-white scramble, Ezekiel toast, and berries for breakfast, a Tofurky, tomato, avocado, red onion, spinach, and mustard sandwich for lunch, and roasted veggies and a piece of vegan chicken, or a tofu stir-fry for dinner.

Get it, Carrie!
