There are only 16 penthouses within New York City’s Ritz-Carlton NoMad, and now not one but two units have opened up in the sought-after tower.
Perched 500 feet above Manhattan atop the swanky Rafael Viñoly-designed tower at 25 West 28th Street, a fully furnished apartment on the 42nd floor and another on the 41st floor have just hit the market. Listed for a cool $9 million, PH41D measures 1,848 square feet, while PH42A, which spans 1,750 square feet, is asking for $11 million. Developed by Flag Luxury Group, both homes feature two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The smaller unit has a bigger price tag because it offers a prime corner position and slightly better views of Hudson Yards, One World Trade, and the Statue of Liberty, but other than that, the turnkey apartments are virtually the same.
