Two Of Mauricio Umansky's Daughters Are Starring In 'Buying Beverly Hills'

Netflix just dropped a new reality TV show centered on the absolutely iconic real estate world in California (and no, it's not Selling Sunset), so you're definitely going to want to cancel all weekend plans and hit the couch with some popcorn. Buying Beverly Hills follows the real estate agents at The Agency, a luxury boutique brokerage in Los Angeles—whose CEO and Founder is none other than famed Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' househusband, Mauricio Umansky.

If his face looks familiar, it’s for good reason. He’s married to one of the RHOBH queen bee, Kyle Richards. Their love has been one for the ages: They met at a nightclub in 1994 when Kyle was 23 and Mau was 24, and he proposed the very same year, per PEOPLE.

After a beautiful wedding in 1996, the couple had three kids together over the next 12 years: Alexia, Portia, and Sophia. All in, they share four daughters together—Farrah Aldjufrie (or “Farrah Brittany” as she likes to go by) is Kyle’s eldest child from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.

Farrah Aldjufrie

Thirty-four-year-old Farrah is Kyle Richards’ first daughter, who she had with her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie, another real estate mogul. Fun fact: Farrah, 34, was born on Halloween in 1988, which explains those "Farrahween" parties on RHOBH. She went to New York University for two years before graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in business.

Farrah helped her stepdad, Mauricio, found The Agency, and before becoming an agent, she served as the director of client relations. Farrah specializes within the Los Angeles neighborhoods of Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Bel Air, Malibu, the Pacific Palisades, and others, per The Agency’s website.

Kyle poured out the love for her firstborn in a recent IG post, stating that Farrah was "my first true love ❤️."

"I am so grateful for the times when it was just us. My little sidekick, best friend 💞," Kyle continued. "You taught me what life is all about... From staying awake all night when you were a baby to make sure you were still breathing, panic attacks when you started driving on your own, to dropping you off at college & feeling like I left half my body in NYC. I love you with all my heart ❤️."

Unsurprisingly, Farrah is also tight with her cousin, Paris Hilton, celebrating a mutual friend’s baby shower with her in October. The rest of her IG shows her house listings, pics of her traveling, and hanging out with friends.

And there's more exciting news coming down the pipeline because...Farrah is engaged to her boyfriend, Alex Manos! While the couple got engaged back in 2021, the event will be featured during Buying Beverly Hills.

Alexia Umansky

Next up is Alexia, Kyle and Mauricio’s first daughter together. At 26, she—get this—is also an agent at The Agency! I love a family business.

Using her degree in market communication from Emerson University, she helps reach clients with her social media skills and lifelong knowledge (thanks, Mauricio!) of the real estate industry. She used to shadow her dad at work, watching him show homes, lead open houses, and communicate with clients.

“He knows so much about every neighborhood in this city, driving around with him was always like a little lesson,” Alexia said, according to her profile on the site. “Real estate is something I always knew I loved. And I quickly realized I could devote my life to this industry and be happy.”

When Alexia isn’t working, she enjoys skiing, traveling, dancing, and cooking. Alexia also supports the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles by assisting with fundraisers.

Sophia Umansky

The Umansky's second-born daughter, now 22, graduated from George Washington University this past May. In college, she was the event chairman of her sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and she interned at The Agency during the summer of 2017, per her LinkedIn. It’s unclear what she's been up to since graduating, or she’s working now.

Sophia is super close with Farrah, recently calling her her “sister & best friend & favorite person,” on her Instagram birthday post. Other than that, it looks like she spends her time traveling and being with friends and family. In fact, based on her IG, it looks like Sophia has been hitting up New York City and Saint-Tropez. Not too shabby!

Portia Umansky

The youngest of the Umansky clan is Portia, who was born on March 1, 2008. The world has known Portia since she was a toddler, thanks to her mom's RHOBH fame. And while Portia is only 14 years old, she’s already got over 61,000 Instagram followers! From her ‘gram, it looks like she travels a lot.

Also noteworthy: Portia looks like she had quite the blowout bat mitzvah party last year, BTW, which was aptly named "Cirque Du Portia." Of course, the party included a fire breathing waiter and a ferris wheel. Oh, and the Haim sisters tried to crash the event (unsuccessfully).

I, for one, can't wait to catch up with the Richards-Umansky daughters during Buying Beverly Hills' first season.
