Twitter Cannot Handle Justin Bieber’s Huge Floppy Suit at the Grammys

I know you were probably kinda distracted by Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber pretty much immediately making out on the 2022 Grammys red carpet when they showed up tonight, but if you take a step back from this video of them both whispering “I love you” (I KNOW!) at each other for just a sec...

You’ll notice that Justin Bieber chose to show up to this awards show wearing a truly massive suit that was so big on him, his wee little hands weren’t even visible:

And naturally, Twitter had a lot to say about this unusual outfit choice. Like, everyone had jokes!

And David Byrne from the Talking Heads even started to trend thanks to everyone thinking Justin’s big-suit moment was a reference to his signature look:

And to be honest, it definitely seems possible this is an intentional David Byrne tribute considering his big suit (seen below) is the stuff of legend:

Either way, Justin looks incredible, and for what it’s worth, he eventually ditched his jacket for a tank top when he got inside to watch the Grammy Awards:

P.S. Justin is nominated for eight awards at this year’s Grammys, including Record of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year for his megahit “Peaches.” He’s previously won two Grammy Awards and was last in attendance at the 2016 show—so tonight is a big deal for him!
