Twinkies Just Released a Limited-Edition Tiger Tails Variety With Orange Crème Filling
Hostess never fails to bring us new delicious treats that deserve a spot in our cabinets. This time, however, it’s a blast from the past! Twinkies Tiger Tails are bringing us back to 2013.
When the original Tiger Tails were released seven years ago, they had a raspberry topping and coconut crème filling. Twinkies decided to channel the feline more by switching it up for the new treat. This variety features the classic golden sponge cake with an orange crème filling. The individually wrapped snack cakes have tiger-striped packaging to bring out king-of-the-jungle vibes.
We have Walmart to thank for helping with this comeback, because the retailer is exclusively selling the Twinkies Tiger Tails. They will be hitting shelves the week of July 21, and each 10-count box will cost $2.86.
Although the crème doesn’t have a special flavor, you have to admit that it’s always more fun snacking on a themed treat with fun colors over the original. Plus, is anyone else thinking about devouring a box of these while re-watching Tiger King?
