  • Brie Larson was not about to miss her chance to show up in an absolutely iconic 'fit for the opening of the Marvel Avengers Campus at Disneyland Paris.

  • The 32-year-old actress wowed in a sparkly bra top (and cape!) that showed off her seriously ripped abs.

  • Brie throws it down in the gym, and she isn't afraid to share her intense fitness and strength gains with the world on Instagram.

Brie Larson plays a superhero on the big screen, so it only makes sense that she’d dress the part IRL, too.

The Captain Marvel star showed up at the Marvel Avengers Campus opening ceremony at Disneyland Paris in what might be the coolest outfit ever. For the special event, the 32-year-old donned a sequined (and fringed!) gold bra top, paired with flowy navy culottes and her six-pack abs. Brie topped the whole thing off with a navy and gold sequined cape, because she can.

While Brie’s outfit is next-level, it’s kind of hard not to be distracted by those impressive abs. Of course, Brie has been more than clear about the fact that she spends some quality time at the gym. She regularly drops BTS workout clips on Instagram, some of which feature Brie doing everything from weighted squats to planks with friggin' chains wrapped around her body for added weight.

She’s also big on pushing herself and celebrating her successes, like the time she crushed her goal of having a one-arm pull-up:

She also randomly decided to try a pole dancing class recently and aced it like a boss, of course:

Naturally, Brie is a healthy eater, too. Her nutritionist, Dr. Philip Goglia shared a cool hack with People on how she fuels up in a healthy way before workouts: She eats a spoonful of all-fruit jam or preserves and a teaspoon of almond butter. “The most recent science has shown that a little bit of fat and a little bit of simple sugar will actually increase intensity rate while you train early in the morning,” he explained.

After her workout, Brie will have eggs or protein shakes, and she tends to snack on small amounts of fruit in between meals. Lunch might be something like chicken with vegetables, with a few more “bridge meals” before dinner, Goglia said.
