  • 1 canola oil

  • 1/2 ground allspice

  • 1/4 ground ginger

  • 2 natural raw almonds

  • 1 unsalted raw cashews

  • 1 unsalted raw shelled pistachios

  • 1 unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1 dried pineapple

  • 1 chopped dried papaya
