One of the things that’s always separated baseball from other sports was just that — the money. Baseball could get you paid. Say anything you want about baseball players, but don’t say they’re not bringing in big paychecks.
So for this week’s edition of “Trivia Time,” let’s delve into that topic. Let’s think about money. There are questions here about which players were first to hit various contract thresholds, who is still getting paid and who’s making the most right now.
So how did you do?
If you got them all, you got your mind on that money and that money on your mind. If you got nine or higher, you’re legit. Between five and nine? That’s respectable. Less than five? Try again next week, friend.
