Tristan Thompson Surprises Khloé Kardashian with the Sweetest Gift in Memory of Her Dog

I'm pregnant. [LAUGH] That is so crazy. [MUSIC] [MUSIC] We're having a baby. What? My God! [MUSIC] I'm super nervous, but really excited. There's a million different emotions that are going on in my brain. But I think I'm in a state of shock, I almost can't believe it, but in good shock. [MUSIC] Tristan and I are so nervous to tell everyone. I mean, we both don't know what the hell we're doing. But we're super excited, and we're so lucky and blessed to have everybody here. [MUSIC] I'm ecstatically Surprised. I always thought that maybe Khloe would be one of those women who didn't have kids, and I struggled with that. It made me really sad. Because no one that was born to do this more than Khloe. [MUSIC] [BLANK_AUDIO]

Tristan Thompson is pulling out all of the stops to comfort pregnant girlfriend, Khloé Kardashian, after the devastating loss of her dog Gabbana on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, Thompson surprised his reality star love with an arrangement of fresh roses in the shape of a giant paw print—a moving memorial for the 14-year-old pet.

The mom-to-be took custody of Gabbana after her mom, Kris, and stepfather, Caitlyn Jenner, split in 2015. The black lab was 11 at the time.

Last night my sweet Gabbana passed away ???????? She was more than a pet. She was my first child, my companion and my friend. She was incredible! She made sure I was never lonely even during lonely times. The house will never be the same. I never thought I would be this devastated over loosing a dog but 14 years, is a long time together. She filled a significant role in my life and I'm forever grateful. I love you Goober!! I'll remember you always! ????
