Cheez-Its has done it again with another must-see road stop attraction. Last year, they popped up on Joshua Tree with a one-of-a-kind Cheez-It themed gas station, complete with a pump that dispensed the cheesy crackers. This year, they're taking their efforts to Woodstock, New York, where all of the food (yes, all of it) is infused with Cheez-It crackers.

The popular cracker brand truly pulled out all the stops with this experience in the Catskills Mountains, and we were invited to be the first to visit. No detail was overlooked, and it makes for a road trip worthy experience.

What's on the Cheez-In Diner Menu?

We started the meal a bit apprehensively with the milkshake. It's a basic vanilla shake blended with Cheez-It crackers and garnished with a Cheez-It and caramel rim. The shake comes topped with whipped cream, orange sprinkles, and a chocolate-dipped Cheez-It. The unexpected combo works, and it was a delicious way to kick off the experience.

Up next, we tried the burger topped with pimento cheese made with Cheez-It crackers. The delicious burger was our favorite item on the menu and came with a side of fries tossed in ground Cheez-Its. We followed that with the White Cheddar Cheez-It infused mac and cheese, grilled cheese sandwich (Cheez-It crusted Texas toast filled with pimento cheese), and chicken tenders coated in Cheez-Its and served with Cheez-It biscuits.

To cap off the menu, we sampled the Sweet-N-Salty Cheezcake: Classic cheesecake in a Cheez-It cracker crust, topped with Cheez-Its and drizzled with caramel. The sweet-and-salty combination is the perfect way to end the outrageous meal.

The Cheez-In Diner Experience

Half the fun of visiting the diner is seeing all of the clever details and Easter eggs throughout the space, from the 1970 jukebox that operates on Cheez-Its to the mini art print station to all of the Cheez-It themed decor (look for the roller skates with Cheez-It wheels!). The diner has a vintage Cadillac parked out front, perfect for selfies, plus a merch counter where you can pick up a T-shirt or poster to commemorate your visit. The diner has tasting stations with rare flavors of the crackers if you didn't get your fill inside.

Here's the catch: The diner is open for one week only! That's right, the Cheez-In Diner (261 Tinker Street in Woodstock, NY) is only open through May 26, so you need to act fast to take advantage of the experience. It's a must-see (and taste!) for any Cheez-It fans. Can't make it to Woodstock this week? You can check out the merch at CheezIt.com.
