Here’s a breakdown of Alix Earle’s must-have beauty products.

Video Transcript

LISA AZCONA: OK, so there's no way you haven't stumbled upon Alix Earle's videos on TikTok.

ALIX EARLE: But you know, beauty is pain.

LISA AZCONA: She is the queen of the Get Ready With Me format. And she is constantly sharing her makeup routine with all of her followers. Today, I actually want to give it a try, using all of her favorite products, to see if this everyday girl can achieve her glamorous results.

What's up, guys? It's your girl, Lisa Azcona from the "In the Know" by Yahoo, and this is "Pretty Beautiful."

OK, so to start off, Alis Earle likes to make sure her skin is ultra moisturized and bronzey. She actually likes to use two of her staple products. The first one is Charlotte Tilbury's Magic Cream. The second one is Drunk Elephant's Deep Bronzing Anti-Pollution Sunshine Drops.

She likes to mix the two together. I actually have used Charlotte Tilbury's Magic Cream before, and it's one of my holy grail products, so I'm super excited that it's in her makeup routine. I want to make sure my hair doesn't get in my face when I'm doing my makeup, so I bought these clips from Amazon. They're super cute. They're pink.

And now, my hair is out of my face, and we're ready to start. I think that's enough. Maybe I put a little too much on my hands. Do I look glowy? [LAUGHS]

I will say the Magic Cream is a little expensive, but I think it really makes a difference. Hey, if Alix Earle does it, I'm going to do it, too. Girl knows what she's doing. What do we think?

Next up, I'm going to apply some foundation. I'm actually going to grab one of Alix Earle's go-to products. It's a Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation. This foundation is kind of sheer, but it's definitely buildable. Let me show you guys what it looks like on my hands first.

It looks like skin. It feels like skin. So I think that's why Alix Earle loves it. She actually likes to apply this foundation with a fluffy brush. This one is from Tarte. So let's see what it looks like on my face.

- You apply to the brush first?

LISA AZCONA: This is like the Gen-Z version of applying makeup. [LAUGHS]

- Is that throwing a little shade?

LISA AZCONA: It makes sense, because they use less products. So it's not as wasteful. Let's blend this in now. Great color matching. We've all seen people who don't blend their foundations to their necks, and it just looks wild.

I'm not trying to be that girl today, especially with all these cameras here. So the next step is concealer. She actually loves to go a little bit heavy with the concealer. She often uses two different products.

She loves the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer, but she also grabs the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer. I don't know what to take. I love them both. I'm going to choose the Tarte.

So let's see what this looks like. She actually applies the concealer to a lot of different areas of her face. So we're going to recreate the look that she does with the concealer. Cute.

All right. Now, we have to blend this out. You see how it really lifts the eyes? I hope I got that effect. Concealer is always necessary, because it covers those dark circles and it brings back the light into your face.

So hopefully, you can see how it lifts my face. It makes me look more luminous. [LAUGHS] It makes me look more luminous. Tongue twister!

So after the concealer, she uses Tarte Sculp Tape to contour and bronze her face. This is actually one of my favorite parts, because it really brings back the warmth to my face. A lot of influencers, including Alix Earle, like to use the dotting method. And I just feel like it's so fun to do it. Where shall I start?

[LAUGHS]

Slay. I feel like an influencer. To blend this out, I'm going to use a brush from the brand Elf. Hopefully, it melts nicely onto my skin.

We're seeing some of that warmth come back to my face. I'm loving it. I'm looking sunkissed. We got to snatch that jaw line.

It's always best to dab the product into your skin so you're not, like, swiping it across your face. I look bronzey, like I just came back from the beach. I look snatched. What do you guys think? Actually, what do you guys think?

[LAUGHS]

- I just don't know what "snatched" means.

- Yeah. I was gonna say--

LISA AZCONA: Oh, my god! What I mean is, I look more sculpted. More dimension into my face. I look more snatched.

[LAUGHTER]

So now, she likes to set everything on her face, with a loose baking and setting powder. This one is from the brand Huda Beauty. I'll be honest. The way she bakes her face stresses me out a little bit, because I go for the more dewy look, and my under-eye tends to be a little bit dry.

She does put a lot of product on her face. So she typically applies the powder down her nose and shifts it underneath her eyes, around her forehead, also her chin. For eyebrows, she likes to use to Benefit products.

I'm going to start, actually, with the pencil to fill in any gaps. Alix likes to use the 24-hour brow setter from Benefit. I love using an eyebrow gel. It just really freezes the eyebrows in place. Your eyebrows will literally not move.

Now, we're going to move on to highlighter. I actually discovered this product through Alix and her TikToks. It's a game-changer. This will literally make your nose shine so bright. This is the Benefit highlighter in the shade Tickle.

It's a perfect shade of pink. Look how beautiful it is. So cute. For eye shadow, she likes to apply Benefit's Hoola Bronzer. And she likes to apply it on the entire lid, using a fluffy brush.

This is definitely something I will be using again. So for blush, I am so excited. I get to use this today. I have been wanting to try Rare Beauty for the longest, and I finally got my hands on it.

This is Rare Beauty, Soft Pinch Liquid Blush. She typically uses the shades Happy and Hope. Today, I'm going to use Hope. I feel like it looks better on my skin.

To be honest, I thought it would be more pigmented. I think I could use a little bit more. I feel like I'm in the mood for rosy cheeks.

- Lashes is next.

- Lashes. Oh, this is the most challenging part. I need to mentally prepare for this. I'm actually surprised that I've never seen Alix Earle put on any lashes in any of her videos. And it's because she does this method.

She just really goes in with the eyelash curler. She basically hurts her eyes. And I'm here to recreate her look, so I'm going to try it today. But fair warning, I am a crier.

They're saying I'm stalling, because I don't want to do it. [LAUGHS] You basically have to squeeze your lashes and feel like your eyeballs are going to come out. OK.

- It looks crazy.

[LAUGHTER]

It looks like you're in the movie, "Saw."

- Oh my god, it looks like I'm in a horror movie. Wow. It does work. So I feel like Alix's lashes are what really bring the look together.

It's because she uses two different mascaras. She starts off with the Better Than Sex Waterproof Mascara. Look at the comparison. I bet you can barely see my other lash.

Girl really puts in a lot of work on her lashes. Now, we're going to go in with this mascara, Benefit's Roller Lash Mascara, and lengthen and separate the lashes a little bit more.

There is some magic to her method. I feel like the lashes really took my makeup to the next level. I look more awake. I look more refreshed.

I will say that Alix's lash routine is one of her most-asked questions on TikTok. So I'm glad I got to try it out today. You really see the results there. I'm loving this right now.

So one of the most iconic parts of Alix's makeup routine is that she likes to apply cream or white eyeliner to her waterline. One of Alix's favorite products to do this with is Tarte's Fake Awake Highlighter.

Perfect. Perfect, perfect, perfect. So to finish off the eyes, she's a fan of creating a soft cat eye or a soft wing, using eyeshadow. She typically goes for brown or black. I've seen her use a palette from Makeup by Mario.

She's used a palette from Patrick Ta and Tarte. I think I'm going to use Patrick Ta. It's brand new, and I'm excited to use it. I've been trying to get my hands on this palette forever. I'm excited to see what it looks like.

As you can see, it's very subtle. But it brings the look of the eyes together and brings a whole makeup look together. I feel like it really brings out my eye color.

Now, we're moving on to lips. Alix is very open about having lip filler. And I'm going to try to recreate that look by overlining my lips. I've seen that she uses this lip combo quite often.

It's the Persona Lip Liner and the Fenty Lip Gloss in the shade Sweet Mouth. This lip liner is in the shade Dusk. Do you guys see how it gives the appearance of a more fuller lip?

It just looks more rounder, more pouty, more voluptuous. Now, we're moving on to the lip gloss. This smells so good! It smells like candy. I could honestly eat it.

There we have it. One of Alix's signature looks is her faux freckles. It looks pretty cute when she does it, and I'm excited to see what it looks like on my face. And I hope I don't make a mess, because it seems a little messy.

The idea is that I'm supposed to dot these freckles onto my face, and then dab them down with my fingers, and then, hopefully, create a more natural finish. Here goes nothing. Hopefully, I don't ruin that entire makeup routine with this step.

This is Freck Beauty's freckle product. Now, I'm going to dab it down, and then hopefully, it'll look more natural. I like that they're a bit subtle.

It adds a sunkissed look to my face. I think this is the perfect product to use when you're on vacation or you're on the beach, pairing it with a bronzer and a highlighter. A little goes a long way.

Because we want to get that natural finish and not distract from the rest of the look. What do you guys think? I love it. I'm going to take a lot of the elements that I tried on today and incorporate it into my own makeup routine.

I especially love the highlighter here. I hope you're inspired to try the Alix Earle method. I think it's worth it. Thank you so much for watching, and I'll see you guys again next time.
