We all have witnessed or been a part of heated exchanges during work meetings, but it is different when watching two icons have a disagreement. A leaked video posted by the outlet Nice Kicks appears to show an argument transpiring between rapper Travis Scott and tennis legend John McEnroe.

For several months, we have known about an upcoming collaboration between Scott and Nike where the rapper will reimagine McEnroe's retro Nike Mac Attack tennis shoes. Scott has the ability to move large quantities of any sneakers he puts his name on.

However, the name appears to be a sticking point for McEnroe. The full video can be seen in the Nice Kicks social media post below, but be warned as McEnroe uses some harsh language.

In the video, the fiery former tennis player did not hide his displeasure with the collaboration. McEnroe wanted the sneaker to be called the "Cactus Mac" instead of the "Cactus Jack," which is the name of Scott's brand. McEnroe told Scott to "show a little respect" and was not pleased when Scott politely declined his ideas.

Scott kept his cool while McEnroe appeared to end the video conference call. We do not know when this call took place or if any of the issues have been resolved. It is unlikely that this argument will impact the future of the sneaker collaboration. Stay locked into Men's Journal Sneakers for all of your most important footwear news.
