Travis Scott Denied Rumors That He Cheated on Kylie Jenner
Travis Scott has officially broken his silence after his breakup with Kylie Jenner.
In an Instagram story on Friday, October 4, the rapper addressed rumors that he allegedly cheated on the reality star and makeup mogul, explaining that he was affected by “false things” said about him. “Once again, these false stories about me cheating are just simply not true,” he said. “Focusing on life, music, and family at this moment is what’s real.”
Travis’s message was in line with Kylie’s response on Twitter, which she posted after rumors surfaced that she and ex-boyfriend Tyga had reunited. “The internet makes everything 100 times more dramatic than what it really is,” Kylie wrote on Thursday, October 3. “There was no '2am date with Tyga.' You see me drop two of my friends off at a studio that he happened to be at.”
In another tweet, the 22-year-old added that she and Travis are on great terms. “Our main focus right now is Stormi ‼️ our friendship and our daughter is priority,” she concluded.
News of Kylie and Travis’s split first broke on October 1, with TMZ reporting that the celeb couple had decided to “step away — at least for now.” The outlet added that they would continue to co-parent their daughter Stormi while taking a break from their relationship.
Whatever the future holds for Kylie and Travis, it seems as though they both have a positive attitude about their romantic hiatus. As always, it’s best not to look too deep into rumors, especially when the celebs themselves have set the record straight.
