Travis Rice Shows Estelle Pensiero the Ropes on Dream Trip To Alaska

Estelle Pensiero, major up-and-coming back country power house and daughter of Jeff Pensiero (owner of Baldface Lodge), has just gone on her dream trip to the big, bold Alaska back country. And she had to go on and make us tear up with a heartfelt Instagram post about how much it meant to her. See below.

Estelle's caption says:

Coming back to reality after my trip with some time to reflect. Although it was late in the season, We scored with perfect weather windows, the stability and snow conditions lined up just right and we had such a good support team @thirdedgeheliI can’t give enough gratitude to @travisrice for showing me the ropes and helping me gain my confidence through the week to ride the Wizard as my big dream!! 🧙There’s still so much to learn up there! I’m scared of falling into the glacier, I am learning to have confidence to take speed over blind takeoffs, I never beat my sluff haha. BUT, this was the best AK intro I could ever imagine! Merci Alaska!

To have Travis Rice mentor her during her first trip to Alaska is a testament to the level that Estelle rides. We can not wait to see Estelle tackle AK like it is her own back yard.
