Travis Kelce

Updated on March 6.

On the March 6th episode of the popular podcast New HeightsTravis Kelce addressed an alleged run-in with 49ers player Christian McCaffrey at hot spot Nobu in Malibu.

After his brother Jason Kelce joked, "Yeah, you guys had dinner together," Travis succinctly stated, "No, we didn't," before explaining that he didn't even know the football player and his girlfriend were dining at the same restaurant until TMZ reported on it.

"If I would've known that him and Olivia were there, I would've sent over a drink, or at least come over and say, 'Congrats on an unbelievable season.'... Got so much respect for that guy," Travis said of the 49ers player before moving on.

There are clearly no hard feelings between the Chiefs tight end and the 49ers running back, even after going head-to-head in Super Bowl LVIII back in February.

The two athletes were both photographed at Nobu along with McCaffrey's fiancée Olivia Culpo on Feb. 28.

Travis' girlfriend Taylor Swift was not in attendance for the outing, as the singer is currently abroad, gearing up for her next set of Eras Tour shows in Singapore this weekend.

But Kelce still seems to be keeping himself busy while Swift is away, as he was seen showing up to the famous Malibu restaurant at about 8 p.m. and didn't leave until around midnight, TMZ reports.

According to the outlet, McCaffrey and Culpo were there for a Dolce Glow product event, along with Culpo's two sisters and a handful of other influencers including Becky G and Chrissy Teigen.

It's not clear why Travis, 34, was in attendance, but after getting to enjoy a night out in Malibu, fans are wondering if Kelce will be traveling to Singapore to watch Swift on her next tour stop. The NFL star previously flew to Australia to watch one of her shows in Sydney, though he had to leave shortly after for a Chiefs victory celebration in Las Vegas.

Swift's first Eras Tour show at the National Stadium in Singapore kicked off on Saturday, March 2, and is followed by five more shows spread out over the next two weekends.
