Travis Barker Is Getting Roasted for Practicing Drums in Kourtney Kardashian’s Delivery Room

Travis Barker is getting roasted on TikTok for sharing a clip of himself “practicing to [his] baby’s heartbeat” on a drum pad in the delivery room. Presumably the rockstar was there with wife Kourtney Kardashian, waiting as she prepared to give birth to their first child together, Rocky 13 Barker. The newborn’s unique name pays homage to guitarist Rocky George, the boxing biopic Rocky, and Barker’s favorite number.

“Practicing to my baby’s heartbeat,” Barker captioned the video, which Kardashian later shared to her Instagram Stories.

I’m of the opinion that it’s more than okay (maybe even preferable) for men to stay occupied while their wife is in labor. Let them bring their drumsticks and Xboxes if they must. Childbirth is a marathon, not a sprint! So much of parenthood is cringe! Everyone else on TikTok seems to disagree, with one commenter even calling Travis Barker’s delivery room stunt “the greatest ick of all time.”

“That would’ve driven me up the wall,” another user wrote. “Kourtney has the patience of a saint. Congratulations!!!!!”

Hamming it up on social media is what this pair of new parents do best. And who can blame them? The Poosh founder and the Blink-182 drummer are reportedly “over the moon” about the latest addition to their blended family, which already includes Kardashian’s three children, Penelope, Mason, and Reign; as well as Barker’s three kids, Alabama, Landon, and Atiana.

“[Kourtney] is happy to just be able to snuggle her baby boy now,” an insider told People.
