Travis Barker & Alabama Barker Enjoy Some Unconventional Father-Daughter Bonding

Just because Travis Barker welcomed son Rocky Thirteen with wife Kourtney Kardashian two months ago, that doesn’t mean he can’t make time for his adult kids. ICYMI: The Blink-182 drummer also shares daughter Alabama, 18, son Landon, 20, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24 with ex Shanna Moakler, and he and Alabama rang in the new year in a way that’s unconventional but totally on brand.

Alabama shared a photo on her Instagram Story at the tattoo shop with her dad who is known for his extensive body art. “Tatted together,” she wrote over the photo.

Alabama got two small stars on the back of her hand and the iconic Stevie Wonder lyric, “Isn’t she lovely” along the side.

“Fun fact: I was rocked as a baby to that song almost everyday(sic)!” Alabama wrote over the photo.

Meanwhile, Barker got some TLC for his knuckle tattoos which say “SELF MADE.” “Just started touching up my knuckles 15 yrs after my accident,” he wrote over a photo of his fists, referencing the deadly plane crash he was injured in back in 2008.

The drummer got candid with Men’s Health in 2021, saying that he suffered severe PTSD following the accident and that being around his kids was the only way he could sleep. Since then, Barker became a stepdad to Kardashian’s kids Penelope, Mason, and Reign who she shares with ex Scott Disick.

Alabama told E! News in Sept. 2023 — just two months before her baby brother was born — that she was looking forward to having another sibling. “I just think having another family member is always awesome,” she said. “Getting to know a new person, it’s gonna be so fun and so exciting!”

And now we’re dying to know if — after she finished her bonding sesh with her dad — Alabama went home and rocked little Rocky to sleep singing “Isn’t She Lovely.” Has the special tradition continued? In 18 years, will we see him in a tattoo shop with his dad and the words, “Isn’t he lovely” on his hand?
