Since premiering in January, season two of the Peacock original reality show The Traitors has steadily been gaining buzz week after week to become the first must-watch show of 2024. Not since Succession have fans been so divided over who might deceive their way to victory—nor tried to avoid spoilers so desperately! Which reminds us: SPOILERS AHEAD.

The Traitors is essentially the sleepover game Mafia, plus capes. Hosted by Alan Cumming, the show takes place in a castle in Scotland, where reality stars from shows like Survivor, The Bachelor, and Real Housewives complete in games and challenges to increase the game's cash prize and win immunity from the “Traitors.”

Each episode the Traitors—a small group of players whose identities are known only to one another—scheme to pick off the “Faithfuls” one by one. After the Traitors “murder” their victim, the whole group tries to suss out whodunnit, turning on one another as they try to avoid elimination. The star left standing by the end gets a quarter of a million dollars, per People.

The series has also spawned plenty of meme material.

If you're just catching up on the deviously delightful series or headed to a finale watch party, here's a quick primer on the series as well as a summary of where we are now.

Remind me…who are the Traitors?

The first traitor to be found out was Big Brother's Dan Gheesling, who was booted in episode six. Then Survivor winner Parvati Shallow was banished in episode eight, with Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks following two episodes later.

When Shallow was banished, Parks recruited Below Deck's Kate Chastain from the Faithfuls to be a Traitor with her. Chastain is the only Traitor left in the game.

Who else is left in the competition?

These are the remaining Faithfuls: Shahs of Sunset’s Mercedes “MJ” Javid; Chris “CT” Tamburello and Trishelle Cannatella, both from The Challenge; RHOA’s Shereé Whitfield, and Survivor's Sandra Diaz-Twine.

How do I watch The Traitors season-two finale?

The final episode of The Traitors season two drops on Peacock on Thursday, March 7, at 9 p.m. ET.
