Talking Heads fans will get the once-in-a-lifetime chance to watch Stop Making Sense in shiny 4K next month when the restoration hits IMAX screens.

Celebrating its 40th anniversary, the 4K restoration of Jonathan Demme's film will World Premiere at Toronto International Film Festival alongside a Global IMAX Event on September 11. It will then screen exclusively in IMAX on September 22 and hit theaters everywhere September 29.

The greatest concert film of all time, Stop Making Sense brings to the screen Talking Heads at Hollywood's Pantages Theater in December 1983: David Byrne, Tina Weymouth, Chris Frantz, and Jerry Harrison, alongside an ecstatic ensemble of supporting musicians. Renowned filmmaker Jonathan Demme (Silence of the Lambs) captures the band at their exhilarating best, in this new and complete restoration for the film's 40th anniversary.

From the iconic boombox to the giant suit, the official trailer looks as epic and electrifying as the original movie.
