Trader Joe’s Shared A Recipe For Skillet Pumpkin Rolls And I’ll Be Making Them ALL Fall

From Delish

Trader Joe’s shared a recipe video for skillet pumpkin rolls on Instagram, and I may never eat pumpkin (or cinnamon) rolls the same way ever again. Suffice it to say, you’re going to want to stock up on TJ’s pumpkin rolls with pumpkin spice icing the next time you stop in a store.

The cult-favorite grocery chain gave a little insight into its reasoning behind the skillet pumpkin rolls recipe in the caption of its post:

You thought our sweet, sticky, bake-at-home #CinnamonRolls were good. (You were right!) Then our Pumpkin Rolls rolled into town one #autumn and you were smitten by that same gooey dough—this time including real #pumpkin with #pumpkinspice icing to drizzle on top. This progression of yumminess got us thinking: maybe we can make these scrumptious Rolls even *more* irresisible. (We were right!) The proof is in the skillet.

The recipe is fairly simple. Start by removing all of the Trader Joe’s pumpkin rolls from the packaging and cutting them into quarters. Coat each piece in a mixture of sugar and pumpkin spice. Snugly place them into a greased skillet. Brush three tablespoons of melted butter on top, and bake them in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. To finish it off, combine one packet of glaze with two tablespoons of water. Drizzle the mixture on top, and cover it with candied pecans.

Not only does this dish look phenomenal, but the old-timey music that accompanies the recipe video makes it even more soothing to watch. BRB while I listen to this on repeat, and make at least one of these every day for the rest of fall.
