When I see an orange liquid in a glass, I either think, “Yay, it’s mimosa time!” or “OMG, I want an aperol spritz, too!” But a third thought has just been added to my brainwaves with the discovery of blood orange wine.

At the very basic level, the Blood Orange Grand Reserve wine is “rosé wine with natural orange flavors,” according to the label. It’s made in France, and that’s all we really know about it. Merde.

Bustle spotted the orange wine first at a Trader Joe’s in New York. One bottle goes for $9.99, which is just the kind of wallet-friendly price tag we can work with.

The funny thing about this wine is that we don’t really know what the brand is. The label makes it look like it’s “Blood Orange,” and if it is, they’re staying MIA on the internet. Really. Go try to find more information on it. You won’t succeed. Anyway, the bottle is available at different liquor stores around the country, so hunt it down near you and get your citrus wine on.
