Trader Joe's fans, brace yourselves. Your favorite grocery chain quietly launched a YouTube channel in late April and you can watch behind-the-scenes videos of your favorite products being made. So far, there are 19 videos and four categories (not including episodes of their podcast): Recipes, How It's Made, Products, and Who We Are.

TJ's has already shared recipe ideas for two of our top three frozen meals: chicken tikka masala and Mandarin chicken 🙌. And while you wait for peonies to hit the stores (if you haven't spotted them yet), you can watch the making of their peony-scented candles. It's their most viewed video so far. But honestly, we find the building of Hold the Cone (mini chocolate-dipped ice cream cones) much more mesmerizing.

To all you diehard fans who weren't aware of this seemingly momentous news, you're not alone. The channel has been flying low under the radar and as of today, has 2,900 subscribers. Though we suspect the number will soar soon enough.
