Tracy Moore isn't all about shapewear.

On Tuesday, the Canadian TV host took to Instagram to share a candid video of herself posing in a bathroom while wearing a one-shoulder orange and fuchsia satin midi dress by Canadian apparel brand Freda's. paired with hot pink booties from Zara.

In the clip, Moore explained that she decided not to "suck in" or wear shapewear and instead, "let it all hang out."

"Look at this little number," she began in the video. "I decided to go without the shapewear today. I just wasn't feeling it. Full disclosure, I forgot it at home. But you know what, it's very liberating. Let her out. You're free, baby. It's not a baby — it's a burger."

Moore also added a caption to her post saying that she's not fully ditching shapewear.

"I let out my pooch yesterday and we both had a hell of a time. Now, are you team sucked-in-shapewear or team let it all hang out? I can be either, depends on the day," she captioned the post for her more than 150,000 followers.

Moore's video was quickly met with a supportive response for her honesty.

"I say either... Whatever floats your boat! You (and your 'pooch') are beautiful," penned fellow Canadian television personality Tanya Kim.

"Thank you for normalizing normal bodies!" one Instagram user commented. "You're beautiful and you should never have to suck in or wear restrictive shapewear. Let it all out!"

"You are so awesome! Your authenticity is truly a breath of fresh air," someone else wrote.

One person added, "You are changing the game for other women and girls out there."

"Looking amazing as always — shapewear or not!" a fan chimed in.

"You do you, girl! You look beautiful!" commented another.

"I freaking love you woman. You are next level and you are what we all need," someone raved.

Last month, the mom-of-two shared a video hitting back at "unsolicited comments" on her appearance, suggesting that she "fix" her face.

"You wonder why I don't go into my DMs; It's because I see things like this," the "Cityline" host said before revealing a message she received that read, "I sell soaps that would clear up your freckles."

"If you see on my page that I say things like, 'I like myself and I like my body and I like my face' — how come you say things like, 'I can help you fix your face?'" Moore asked. "How come you would think I'd want those removed when I didn't tell you that I had a problem with them?

"I'll continue to shout my boundaries out on this here platform as long as I feel it's necessary. Btw, your face looks good today, my friend. Go enjoy it!"
