  • Tracee Ellis Ross, 50, is looking super fierce.

  • The Black-ish alum recently posted a series of mindblowing snaps on Instagram, wearing the chicest bodysuit. And all I can say is: wowowow. Everything about her is amazing.

  • To stay in killer shape, she makes sure to get in some sweat sessions with her trainer at Rise Movement. Plus: She swears by the Tracy Anderson Method.

Tracee Ellis Ross has made it more than clear that she goes hard at the gym. And, ya know, sometimes you want to show off the results of that sweat equity. Well, that’s exactly what Tracee did in a series of new Instagram bodysuit pics that feature the Black-ish alum looking seriously strong all over.

The post is pretty simple: There’s Tracee lounging in a gorgeous bodysuit, shading her eyes from the sun. Then, check out Tracee kicking back with her toned legs on full display, with her (also toned) arms stretched out behind her head. Finally, Tracee leans to the side while looking all happy and glowy.

The 50-year-old actress didn’t include a caption with her post but, really, none needed. “Excuse me, lady 😍😍😍😍😍,” one person wrote in the comments, while another said, “Beautiful as always Tracee!!” Beyond that, Tracee even responded when one fan asked about the suit. "What is this swimsuit?! 😍," wrote Madre Wine founder Kimberly Naess. "@kimberly_naess it’s more of a body suit 😘," Tracee wrote back.

Tracee is fresh off another epic one-piece moment—she recently recreated her mom Diana Ross’ “Work That Body” video, looking super strong in both purple and yellow suits. The whole thing is genius, JIC you want to check it out:

So...how did she get so next-level strong? Tracee is a massive fan of the Tracy Anderson Method, and she regularly posts about her workouts in the celebrity-loved gym. In case you’re not familiar with it, the Tracy Anderson Method focuses on using light weights and doing small movements to tone you up. Classes mix things up every time, but Tracee cycled through a slew of resistance band exercises in this workout, including squats and kickbacks for toned arms, legs, and booty:

Tracee even shared a montage of her workouts at the end of the year, joking that she “ain’t f*cking around” in the exercise department. And yeah, it’s clear!

But, while Tracee is all about the Tracy Anderson Method workouts, she’s expanded her training to include other things. Also in the mix: Gyrotonic Method workouts, which are designed to work the mind and body.

Tracy also works with trainer Jason Walsh at Rise Movement gym for strength training. During a recent session, she totally crushed a series of resistance band moves, along with weighted leg lifts and bicep curl/squat combos.

Get it, Tracee!
