Tori Spelling Was Just Mom-Shamed for Her 8-Year-Old Daughter’s Hot Pink Hair

It's been less than a month since Tori Spelling was mom-shamed by Instagram trolls for letting her daughters wear makeup and dye their hair, and now it's happening all over again. This time around, people are criticizing the Beverly Hills, 90210 star's decision to let her 8-year-old daughter Hattie color her hair a deep magenta hue. Luckily, some fans of Spelling's aren't having it from the naysayers anymore.

The shaming began this past weekend when Spelling shared a heartwarming photo of her family at a pumpkin patch with Hattie front and center, showing off her new hot pink hair. Haters didn't waste any time chiming in with their opinions, leaving comments like, "Isn’t that pink hair a little extreme for someone her age?😢," "Why would you let your daughter have red hair for 🤦🏻‍♀️ parenting gone wrong," and "I don’t think that child should have her hair like that. She should embrace her natural beauty."

On the flip side, some fans complimented the young girl's hair, writing messages such as: "Hattie's hair next level! 😍🙌🏼" and "Loving Hattie's hair." What's more, myriad folks actually stuck up for Spelling — one user wrote, "Don't judge. Not your child," while another ally said, "Isn't it none of your damn business…yeah I thought so."

The 46-year-old actress has yet to comment on the situation — or clap back à la Kourtney Kardashian — but even if she decides to ignore the haters, her kid appears to be happy, healthy, and well taken care of, so there is nothing to discuss.

Hopefully, as we progress as a society, people can learn to become more tolerant and less judgmental of people's parenting styles.
