There’s no better time to overhaul your grooming routine than January, in my opinion. Take all that hopeful, positive energy you pour into your resolutions and focus it on your shower, your hair, your skin, your toes, I don’t care! Now is the time to look in the mirror and ask yourself, "What can I do better to make myself feel better?" Because we all know, when you feel good, you look good—and grooming is about both of those things.

Even though I’m constantly trying new products all year long, I always take a chance to update my routine in January. I often try new steps or re-introduce practices that have dropped to the wayside.
