An Amarillo-based convenience store company announced a week's worth of freebies and discounts, starting on Monday, for educators as part of Teacher Appreciation Week.

Toot'n Totum, which has been rapidly expanding since its 'Lubbock or Bust' campaign began in 2022, will offer one week-long discount between Monday-Friday, along with daily deals, according to a news release. Those deals, which can be redeemed with a valid teaching ID badge, include:

  • Monday: Free fountain drink, tea, or coffee of any size.

  • Tuesday: Free Mitch's Chopped Brisket Sandwich Tray at any Mitch's TX Style BBQ location. Includes Texas Chips, one side and a regular drink.

  • Wednesday: Free Small Frosty from participating Wendy's locations. Details of participating locations can be found on the company's website.

  • Thursday: Free Lava Car Wash at the company's Express Car Wash locations.

  • Friday: $15 off any Oil Change Service at the company's Car Care Centers. This deal is also available starting on Monday.

"At Toot'n Totum, we believe that teachers not only educate, but inspire and empower their students to pursue their dreams and contribute positively to the world," the release stated. "We are proud to support our educators and honor and value their commitment during this special week and always."

Additional purchases are not needed in order to receive these offers. All Toot'n Totum stores in Texas, New Mexico, Kansas and Oklahoma will participate.
