Tonight, We Are All Cardi B Reading From Fire and Fury During the Grammys

Have you ever fantasized about which celebrity you’d want to read the audiobook version of Michael Wolff’s Fire and Fury? You haven’t. But what if it was Cardi B? NOW YOU’RE INTERESTED. James Corden introduced an interstitial bit about how a non-musician can win a Grammy by narrating an audiobook, and then brought out a bunch of celebrities to read the salacious tell-all about the Trump White House, including Cardi B, Cher, and yes, Hillary Clinton.

I didn’t know this before, but now I know I would pay $24.99 for Cardi B reading the entirety of this book in her amazing New York accent. While reading a passage about Trump going to bed with a cheeseburger, she trilled her tongue and laughed: “I can’t believe this. I can’t believe that he really—this is how he lives his life?” SAME, CARDI.

Then of course, Clinton appeared, reading a passage about how Trump likes to eat McDonald’s because he can guarantee the food hasn’t been poisoned. How she can do this without dying a bit inside, we’ll never know, but we’re glad somebody can laugh about all this.
