Tommy Chong Reprising His 'That '70s Show' Role for 'That '90s Show' Reboot

Tommy Chong will be reprising his role as Leonard "Leo" Chingkwake, Point Place's local hippie and Foto Hut owner, for Netflix's That '70s Show reboot, That '90s Show.

The Cheech and Chong stalwart confirmed his return to the series during a recent appearance on The Dark Mark Show, "They never gave me any instructions, so I don't know if I'm supposed to be talking about it or not." He continued, "I really don't give a shit to tell you the truth. That's what I'm known for...I'm back as Leo."

That '90s Show will follow Eric Forman and Donna Pinciotti's daughter Leia Forman, portrayed by Callie Haverda, as she spends a summer at her grandparents' in Point Place. While in Wisconsin, she meets an interesting group of friends including Ashley Aufderheide's Gwen, Mace Coronel's Jay, Maxwell Acee Donovan's Nate, Reyn Doi's Ozzie and Sam Morelos' Nikki. Eric's parents Kitty and Red, played by Debra Jo Rupp and Kurtwood Smith, respectively, will be returning to the show while almost all of the original cast — Topher Grace's Eric, Laura Prepon's Donna, Mila Kunis' Jackie Burkhart, Ashton Kutcher's Michael Kelso and Wilmer Valderrama's Fez — will be making special guest appearances; Danny Masterson, who portrayed Steven Hyde, will not be present.
