Tom Hardy took to Instagram to share a picture of what look's to be the title page of a script for the untitled Venom 3.

The post does not reveal much information; however, it was revealed that Venom 1 and 2's screenwriter, Kelly Marcel, has written the script for the third movie as well. Instead, we see a cute Venom scribble featuring a symbiote with a long red tongue forming a letter "3" in the end, seemingly confirming that the script for the upcoming filmhas been completed.

Producer Amy Pascal confirmed that the upcoming sequel was underway last December. "We are in the planning stages right now," she revealed. "But what we are focused on is getting everybody to come and see No Way Home," said Pascal. Fans speculated that the red tongue in the scribble could represent the color of Spider-Man. When asked about the possibility of the crossover with the friendly neighborhood hero, Spider-Man: No Way Home, writer Erik Sommers admitted that it could happen.

"It leaves the door open for possibilities, as opposed to just seeing him go back and not seeing any symbiote. So, it just allows for some exciting possibilities in the future."

The third movie was inevitable after Venom: Let There Be Carnage received a staggering $506.9 million USD at the box office.
