Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman's adopted son Connor gave a rare look at his personal life.

For his first Instagram post in nearly a year, Connor posed at Florida's Pelican Golf Club alongside a friend. He wore a striped navy blue and light blue shirt, paired with shades and a baseball cap.

His followers were happy to see him active on the social media app again.

Ant-Man franchise actor Michael Peña commented, "It has begun!"

Others who've been waiting to see more of the former celebrity couple's son also chimed in.

"Missed your posts!!!" wrote a follower, while another remarked, "Wow Connor how fantastic you look!"

Though Connor acted in films Seven Pounds and the Red Dawn remake, the 28-year-old opted to not follow his estranged parents' footsteps, instead stepping away from the spotlight.

He moved away from Hollywood and now lives in Clearwater, Florida, where he's able to focus on his passions. He's a fisherman, displaying his impressive catches on his account. He also started a food account called Connor's Meatshack in 2021, where the foodie shows off his cooking skills.

"After many friends telling me I have finally decided to start a food IG @connorsmeatshack with my bestie @kimj526. Give it a follow if you like backyard steaks, bourbon, chicken, or really whatever we are feeling like that day," he wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post.

Though Connor hasn't updated his food page since last summer, perhaps his return to Instagram signals a full comeback to social media.
