Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman's Daughter Bella Quietly Posted a Rare Selfie on Instagram

Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman's daughter Bella Kidman Cruise just casually hopped on Instagram for the first time in literally (_{not actually literally}) forever. Why, you ask? To show off her new haircut on Stories and gave a shoutout to her stylist Jennifer Ball, writing, via E! News, "@craphairclub hair giving me so much joy still. Thank you."

Bella's Instagram account is almost entirely photos of her art, so selfies are few and far between — though she did share pics of herself back in September and October of 2021:

Despite having mega-famous parents, Bella and her brother Connor have grown up living pretty private lives. Back in 2018, Nicole opened up about her kids' decision to follow in Tom's footsteps and become Scientologists, telling Australian outlet Who “I’m very private about all that. I have to protect all those relationships. I know 150% that I would give up my life for my children because it’s what my purpose is." She went on to add, "They are adults. They are able to make their own decisions. They have made choices to be Scientologists and as a mother, it’s my job to love them."

"And I am an example of that tolerance and that’s what I believe – that no matter what your child does, the child has love and the child has to know there is available love and I’m open here," Nicole continued. "I think that’s so important because if that is taken away from a child, to sever that in any child, in any relationship, in any family – I believe it’s wrong. So that’s our job as a parent, to always offer unconditional love.”
