Tom Brady Shared His Advice for Taking Underwear Thirst Traps That Pop

Taking the perfect thirst trap is a subtle blend of art and science. Angles and lighting are hugely important, as is selecting the right apparel if you're going to be posing seminude—but there also other considerations. For instance, when taking a selfie in a mirror, you need to make sure that the surface of the glass is clean and the background being reflected is nice and tidy.

And according to NFL superstar Tom Brady, there's one more "hack" that can help you capture the perfect underwear shot.

In a TikTok video, the Bucs quarterback refers to the guys modeling his BRADY Brand clothing in the official ad campaign as "pretty ripped," and jokes that he had to come up with a "mirror picture starter pack" for "us normal-looking guys." (Thanks for pretending, TB.) The trick? Simply stuff a sock down the front of your BRADY Brand underwear.

Not exactly subtle, but it's the latest example of the fun Brady appears to be having in promoting his clothing line on social media. He proudly modeled a pair of white boxers in a "candid" video taken by his wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, which blew up when it was posted to Instagram Stories, not least of all because the short clip showed off just how great shape the Super Bowl champion is. And we can safely assume now that he was sporting an extra sock's worth of support.

Since then, Brady has even promised to send that pair of his worn BRADY Brand undies to a diehard fan on Twitter. No, seriously.
