Today's Wordle Answer for #801 on Tuesday, August 29, 2023

Today's Wordle answer on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, is CAPER.

My first two guesses were TEARS and FLICK. After those attempts, I knew four of the letters, but they were all in the wrong order. My third guess was CARED, which brought me closer to the winner. And I solved the Wordle on the fourth try.

Are you left wondering, "What is a caper?"—well, Merriam-Webster gives a few definitions to explain caper's meaning:

  • an illegal or questionable act or escapade

  • an amusing movie or story about such an act or escapade

  • a capricious escapade : PRANK

  • a frolicsome leap
