'Today's Hoda Kotb and Angie Lassman Accidentally Wear Identical Pantsuits

It was like a good old-fashioned high school spirit day on the Today Show yesterday, July 13: Twin Day!
Hoda Kotb and Angie Lassman, the NBC News meteorologist serving as Al Roker's stand-in and making her debut on the weekday edition of Today, arrived at the studio in style for their morning broadcast, showing up in not only the same color, but the exact same suit.
“If you were wondering if you’d fit in, yes you will, perfectly,” Savannah Guthrie joked in response.
The pair were excellent sports about what some would view as a fashion faux pas, hyping up their looks on camera and making sure to stand next to one another for viewers just tuning in to join the fun.
"What are the odds?" Lassman asked as Kotb admitted, "My mom picked mine out."
"Mine too!" Lassman shared. "That's weird."
"Liz and Sammy!" Kotb then gave the two a shoutout. "You guys have great taste."
"We get it from our moms, right?" Lassman added.
While Kotb and Lassman were the only two fully twinning for the day, some of their colleagues also felt the calling to choose pink that morning, making it a much more coordinated group 'fit. Guthrie sported a hot pink button-up blouse tucked into jeans that day, while Peloton instructor and new 'Today' contributor Ally Love opted for a hot pink suit with a white scoop neck tee underneath.
Commenters on the show's Instagram account were hyped for Lassman to join the morning news program.
"queen @angielassman !! 🙌 we are not worthy," one wrote.
"I want to be @angielassman when I grow up!! Love you sis 🤍💕," said another.
"@angielassman is so perfect for Today!" another declared, with one agreeing, "More @angielassman 💖💖💖💖💖💖."
