'Today' Star Hoda Kotb Shares Touching Instagram to Celebrate Dylan Dreyer's Pregnancy

• Hoda Kotb posted the world's cutest Instagram of herself, Kathie Lee Gifford, and Dylan Dreyer.

• The Today host shared the photo to celebrate the news that Dylan is pregnant with her second baby boy.

• Dylan's due date is in January.

Hoda Kotb may not have been in Studio 1-A when Today's Dylan Dreyer revealed on Wednesday morning that she's expecting her second baby boy with her husband, Brian Fichera, but rest assured she's still over the moon for her co-star.

To celebrate the amazing news, Hoda posted a sweet 2016 throwback on Instagram of herself, Dylan, and her former fourth-hour co-star, Kathie Lee Gifford. In it, Dylan is beaming with joy (she was pregnant with her 2-year-old son, Calvin, at the time) while Kathie Lee and Hoda point at her baby bump.

"I remember #1 ❤️. Number #2 we ready!!! @dylandreyernbc @kathielgifford," Hoda captioned the photo.

Seeing the sweet pic, commenters were quick to congratulate Dylan.

"So incredibly happy for you and your family!" one fan wrote to Dylan. "This makes my heart so happy!!!!," another said.

For Dylan, this pregnancy is especially meaningful because of the miscarriage she endured this past winter. The third-hour co-anchor bravely shared on the show, she suffered from secondary infertility, which happens when women who have one or more biological children have difficulty getting pregnant again.

"It's been an emotional journey. I opened up about infertility, my second-hand infertility, and just surgeries I've had to had," Dylan said while announcing her second pregnancy. "The day I was going to start my IVF, I had all of my medicines – I brought it down to the Kentucky Derby with me. The doctor calls and says, 'Don't take anything, you're pregnant.'"

Dylan went on to say that she is due in January.

As for Hoda, she's been on maternity leave since April 16 after adopting her second baby girl, Hope Catherine. Even though she was expected to return in mid-June, it's likely that Hoda will come back before Jenna Bush Hager, who is also pregnant with a baby boy, gives birth in late July or early August and goes out on maternity leave.

Regardless of the show's logistics though, we're just so, so thrilled for all the Today ladies during this exciting time in their lives.
