Tired Horse Hilariously ‘Plays Possum’ When Mom Calls His Name

There's nothing cuter than baby animals, and Phin the pony is definitely a cutie! @Katie Van Slyke Backup (TikTok locked her out of her main account) posted a video on Monday, September 18th of Phin out in the pasture with two other horses, and she was concerned that something might be wrong with him.
The video starts with her calling his name, which he totally ignores. She yells again, and still nothing. She says jokingly that it seems that he's perished. Since he won't get up, she has to go down into the field and check on him. On her way there, he finally pokes his head up. He's just so tired!
Lucky for us, @Katie keeps recording because as she gets closer, Phin starts rolling around on his back and acts like he's just exhausted! It's hard being just a baby! He then approaches her for some rubs and love...he's adorable! The other two horses that he's with are totally unbothered by the whole situation and don't even pay any attention to his antics.
Commenters got a kick out of the foal adorably playing possum. @Brenda laughs, "LOL! He was like mom I was trying to nap"! @King2Cat cleverly said, "He's PHINished"! @LightspeedJumper shared, "He’s so dramatic I love it!!! That's how my human boys are too." Another commenter added, "I love how the other two don’t stop grazing when you honk either. None paid zero attention to you LOL!"
Baby animals are just like toddlers, attitude and all! I'll be following along on Katie's account so I can watch Phin grow. He's a beautiful little pony!
