Even though Halloween is over there's just something about autumn that makes the idea of curling up on the sofa and watching a spooky movie very appealing. In an amazing video posted on October 31 some tiny foster kitties are reenacting one of our favorite scary movies and it's far more precious than petrifying.

Grab your popcorn and get ready to cover your eyes!

The video posted by the TikTok account for @adoptablesnyc, a trap/neuter/release, rescue and foster organization for NYC cats created the amazing video and they done did the master himself, Stephen King proud. Based on King's book and the Stanley Kubrick truly terrifying horror movie The Shining , the scene depicts the infamous Jack Torrance scene where he terrorizes Wendy Torrance by breaking down a door with an axe. Torrance is played by Jack Nicholson and it really is one of the most brilliant and scary scenes in a movie ever.
