There Were So Many Funny & Fashionable People at the ‘Sisters’ Premiere

Adam Sandler and Kevin James give comedians a bad name when it comes to fashion. Maybe they like to wear sweatpants to movie premieres, but that doesn’t mean their fellow funny people don’t get the sartorial game. Case in point: the Sisters premiere in New York on Tuesday. Starring Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, the BFFs dressed to impress with former in a sexy Oscar de la Renta slip dress and the latter in a sheer number that showed off her granny panties.

Their friends were also on their best behavior: Maya Rudolph’s sense of humor paired well with Peter Pilotto’s playful mixed-media dress; Ike Barinholtz looked dapper in a gray suit; and Jennifer Westfeldt wore a cognac leather skirt that would’ve been perfect for Thanksgiving dinner. Jane Krakowski killed it in an Anthony Vaccarello mini dress with one large star on the shoulder, while Zosia Manet shined in a star print piece from Reformation. As for Fey and Poehler’s successors, Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson, their style’s basically the millennial generation’s answer to Diane Keaton.

It’s true! Funny and fashionable people do exist!
