Time for a Deep Dive on Rachael Kirkconnell From ‘The Bachelor’
Matt James’s season of The Bachelor has finally blessed us with its presence, and It. Is. Delivering. Although, honestly, anything would be an improvement on the absolute mess that was Peter Weber’s season.
While fans are already pretty familiar with Matt due to his friendship with a buncha Bachelor faves, his group of contestants are brand-new to Bachelor Nation—and the time has come to do some digging on Rachael Kirkconnell. First Up: She’s From Cumming, Georgia
Twenty-four-year-old Rachael is from the town of Cumming (don’t even) and seems to spend most of her time chilling with her friends:

She’s a Graphic Designer Who Loves a Meat Plate
According to her ABC bio, Rachael is super close to her family, and nothing makes her happier than “a good movie, good wine and charcuterie boards.” Wow, I’m....inspired.
Also important—she graduated in 2019 from GCSU and is now a graphic designer who likes to spend her free time doodling. Here’s to hoping she doodles her way right into Matt’s heart! (IDK.)
She’s Never Been in Love
Rachael is a “hopeless romantic to her core,” but her ABC bio states that she’s “never been in love and believes that Matt may just be the guy to change that.”
“At the end of the day, love is what makes your life more special than others,” she told ABC for bio purposes. “Life can be hard and really difficult and dark at times, but if you have someone by your side that loves you more than they love themselves, that makes it all worth it in the end.”

She (Maybe) Won Matt’s Season
Thanks to Reality Steve, we know Rachael definitely made it to Matt’s final four, and it looks like she may have actually won his entire season (although TBD if they’re engaged). To be clear, Reality Steve hasn’t 100 percent confirmed Rachael as the winner, but he did say this:
“I was told, ‘Michelle and Rachael were final 2, and Rachael wins.’ Well, if you believe everything coming out of the small town of Cumming, GA, then it’s Rachael Kirkconnell. Because for the last month, all I keep being told out of Cumming is that Rachael won, and all her friends and family know and they’re telling everyone.”
He also added, “I’m not 100% sold on it yet, but, I’m just telling you that’s the one I’ve heard most. I’m also positive Serena P. and Michelle don’t win. So all signs are pointing to Rachael.”
