Timberland is dropping a new limited-edition “Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire” collaboration in honor of the film’s upcoming release on March 22 and the franchise’s 40th anniversary.

Unveiled today, the Timberland x Ghostbusters collaboration features two colorways — the Premium 6-Inch “Wheat Nubuck” and the Premium 6-Inch “Black Nubuck” with Camo. Both pairs draw inspiration from the classic franchise and its New York City roots.

The Timberland x Ghostbusters Premium 6-Inch Wheat Nubuck is comprised of hazard tape-inspired laces, two interchangeable hang tags (the ECTO-1 license plate or the Ghostbusters logo), and “Ghostbusters” heat debossed across the collar of the shoe. The shoe also contains a hidden design exclusive to the Wheat Nubuck design — a NYC subway map printed on the footbed and Ghostbusters logo embossed on the tongue.

There’s also a slime Ghostbusters logo on the tongue and ghost slime pattern in shades of black and grey printed on the collar.

The Timberland x Ghostbusters limited-edition collection retails at $220 and will be available on March 21 via timberland.com and exclusive to Timberland Community members.

Timberland has had several notable collaborations over the years. One recent collab that garnered a lot of attention was the Timberland x Louis Vuitton collection, which debuted at Paris Fashion Week in January. The collection, presented by LV’s creative director Pharrell Williams, features a chic reinterpretation of the American work boots.
