This TikTok Shows How To Use The New Tortilla Folding Hack To Make A Charcuterie Wrap And It Looks Insanely Good

From Delish

I officially can't scroll through my TikTok "for you page" without getting hungry, but I'm honestly not complaining. The app is full of incredibly easy-to-follow recipes and tips with the latest to takeover the platform being a tortilla folding trick for perfect wraps. Of course, every TikTok user has their own take on the trend, but this charcuterie recipe is at the top of my to-do list.

ICYMI, the "tortilla hack" taking TikTok by storm involves a simple cutting and folding technique. You'll lay your tortilla out flat before adding any topping and make a small cut on on side that goes halfway through the tortilla. Then, think of your tortilla as having four different sections that will help you divide up the fillings properly. You'll finish it off by folding the sections over one another until you have a compact wrap that's easy to hold. For extra crunch and melty goodness you can heat up the wrap on a panini press or a pan.

TikTok users are getting super creative with the hack, adding quesadilla fillings, breakfast foods, and classic deli meats into the handheld wrap. User @Ainttooproudtomeg made a charcuterie-inspired wrap that looks just as good as it sounds. In one of the sections closest to the tortilla's cut, she added slices of brie cheese covered in fig jam. In the video, she suggests putting the cheese near the slit so it gets super melty when you go to heat it up.

The other sections included prosciutto, thinly sliced apples, and dressed arugula. Her finished product looked like the perfect charcuterie bite in wrap form—salty, sweet, cheesy, and chewy. Wash it down with a nice glass of pinot and it seems like the easiest yet classiest meal you could make.
