The request comes via lawsuit against the famed golfer.

Tiger Woods' longtime girlfriendErica Herman, has filed a lawsuit against the infamous golfer, according to court documents obtained by People.

Herman, a professional golfer herself, is requesting that her seemingly-former beau release her from the non-disclosure agreement she signed in 2017—when the pair began dating—citing a law that permits the nullification of NDAs in cases of sexual assault.

According to the publication, Herman, 38, has not made any accusations against Woods, 47, but is using the Speak Out Act, a law that is intended to protect victims of sexual assault or harassment, to argue her case.

According to People, the documents seem to imply that the pair are no longer together, with Herman emphasizing that the two "had a long relationship" spanning both personal and professional grounds. Because of the NDA, Herman says she's "unsure what other information about her own life she may discuss or with whom."

Though it's unclear exactly when the pair may have split, In Touch Weekly reports the two haven't been seen together since August of 2022, when they attended the U.S. Open.

Woods has a notoriously rocky history when it comes to relationships. He and ex-wife Elin Nordegren were divorced in 2010. At that time, Woods had admitted to over one hundred affairs while they were married, and underwent treatment for sex addiction.

The pair share two children together: 15-year-old Sam Alexis and 14-year-old Charlie Axel. Charlie appears to be following in his father's footsteps where sports are concerned; the teen seems poised to become an even better golfer than his dad!
