Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend Erica Herman has apparently had a change of heart in her lawsuit against the star golfer. She's dismissing one her two lawsuits.

Herman, who dated Woods for about five years—from 2017 until 2022, filed suit against the golfer in October 2022, when she claims she was wrongfully evicted from the home they shared.

In her lawsuit against Woods and the trust that owns the $54 million Jupiter, Florida home she shared with the golf star, Herman claimed that Woods had told her she could live in the home for an additional six years after their breakup, according to documents obtained by the New York Post.

Her complaint alleged that he violated the Landlord Tenant Act by tricking her into vacating the home. Documents show that he convinced her to pack her bags for a short trip to the Bahamas and then abandoned her at the airport and locked her out of the house amid a messy breakup.

Herman's suit claims that in 2017 Woods told her she could live in the home for an additional 11 years. On top of that, she claimed that Woods encouraged her to quit her job in 2020 so that she could focus on his career and his children with his ex-wife, Elin Nordegren.

Herman was the general manager of the golfer's restaurant The Woods Jupiter when the two started dating.

She filed her request for dismal on June 29, 2023.

In March 2023, Herman filed a second suit against Woods and his trust and asked to be released from the NDA Woods asked her to sign at the beginning of their relationship.

Her team argued that she should be released from the NDA based on the Speak Out Act, a federal law that nullifies NDAs if sexual assault and harassment are involved.

Woods' legal team refuted the claims of abuse as “utterly meritless.”

Herman's request to nullify the NDA was turned down by Circuit Judge Elizabeth Metzger in May 2023, who said Herman and her team failed to "provide factual specificity for any claim relating to sexual assault or sexual harassment."

An appeal of that decision is pending.
