Tiffany & Co. Released a New Engagement Ring Cut, and We're All Like, ‘Hint, Hint’

Engagement season is almost upon us, and lucky you, Tiffany & Co. just released a brand-new cut—for the first time in almost ten years. (!)

It’s called the Tiffany True, a modern rendition of the brand’s iconic original setting.

The band features a square, mixed-cut solitaire (and, ahem, ethically sourced) diamond with a lower profile that sits close to the finger. According to the brand, the ring was designed to showcase the diamond and give it maximum exposure to light…and more light means more sparkle. It will be available in both platinum and 18-karat gold. (Oh, and don’t think we didn’t notice the T-shaped prongs. Very clever.)

All in all, it will be available this fall starting at $12,400. Hey, you can’t put a price on true love.
