Tiffani Thiessen loves to indulge in an ice bath and it looks like she's not the only one, as a very special person in her life took the cold plunge alongside her.

In early February, fans voiced their concerns after the Saved By the Bell star began sharing selfies of herself submerged in water filled with ice cubes. As Tiffani continued showing her progress with her newfound self-care routine, eagle-eyed followers realized she wasn't the only person in her household partaking in the activity. It turns out that her husband artist Brady Smith also occasionally takes his own ice baths.

With the two wearing matching pink hats and a rubber duck floating in his basin, he posted a picture as a way to document the unexpected couple's time. "Love at 32 degrees. 💙❄️💙❄️," he captioned the photo on Instagram on March 5.

Although fans are aware of the White Collar actress' latest addition to her regimen, seeing the new picture with Brady still left them with a lot of thoughts.

Among the comments on Brady's Instagram page, some were excited to spot the two hanging out together in such a unique way. "You guys make it look too easy 🙌," one person wrote in the comments section. "True love, on the rocks," another added. Still, others seemed skeptical about the ice baths, with a different user replying, "Oh no. I’m cold just looking. 😂."

Now, if there are still some people wondering whether Brady and Tiffani's chilly practice is safe for the body, there's no need for tons of concern. Healthcare providers have long established the benefits of routine ice baths, which may work overtime to reduce joint inflammation as well as help sore muscles recuperate. Modern sports medicine specialists often use ice baths as one tactic in a holistic plan to help athletes recover from physical injuries, for example.

Keep in mind that if you plan to try out the technique, it’s always important to ask your doctor about ice baths before you start. They pose serious hypothermia risks when prepared improperly, and some preexisting conditions (particularly heart health issues) could mean this recovery tactic isn’t the best for you.
