Get your tickets for the Catahoula Wine Mixer in Shreveport's Provenance Neighborhood

The sixth annual Catahoula Wine Mixer will take place on Saturday, Sept. 9 at the Hollybrook Park in the Provenance Neighborhood in Shreveport.

The Catahoula Wine Mixer is an outdoor event celebrating wine, cuisine and culture from different regions of the world. Immerse yourself in the different flavors of France, Italy, California along with Latin and South American cuisines. Each region will have a unique, festival-like atmosphere, transporting you somewhere new.

Enjoy small plates from local chefs, wine selected by local sommeliers and entertainment from Victoria Wells, DJ Yoshi and more.

This event will feature top local chefs and restauranteurs in the Shreveport-Bossier area alongside a curated list of incredible wines. The all-star chefs are teaming up to bring an epic culinary experience to each region.

The chefs participating this year are:

  • France - Chelsea Girard from Cypress by the Revenir and Jordan Ramirez from Chow Yum Phat

  • Italy - Gio Brucia from Guiseppe's Pastacaffe and Anothony Felan from Fat Calf Brasserie

  • Latin & South America - Eleazar Mondragon from Ki Mexico and Gabriel Baldera from Zuzul Coastal Cuisine

  • California - Oscar Davis & Frank Harris from Frank's Pizza Napoletana and Audrey Parker from Frank's Louisiana Kitchen

This year's event will kick off with an exclusive, eight-course chef's dinner on Friday, Sept. 8. Each chef will prepare a single course complete with wine pairings exclusive to the chef's dinner and will not be available at the Saturday event. This is a limited-ticket event.

  • Saturday's Catahoula Wine Mixer - $90 each

  • Friday's Chef's Dinner - $200 each

  • Both Events - $250 each

Ticket purchases are all-inclusive and provide full access to festivities, food and wine and can be purcahsed at the Catahoula Wine Mixer website. The Provenance Neighborhood is the premier sponsor and has helped this event return for a sixth year.
