How to Throw a "Party Like A Pineapple!" Soiree
This is officially THE CUTEST little party theme I've ever seen. And I'm pretty sure that I've already thought of an excuse to throw a little shindig just like it. It's called Tuesday. From the vendor team... We are desperately trying to escape the heat down here in Florida so we've taken to the pool for our latest get togethers! Obsessed with this year's pineapple trend, we grabbed our favorite pineapple inspired table decor and setup a delicious feast with all of our outdoor pillows for comfy lounge seating in our tropical swimsuits!
Our menu started with pineapple cocktails and fresh green salads. The main courses were inspired by carribbean cooking featuring shrimp, meatball, and pineapple kabobs. And we did not skimp on the dessert table! Pink donuts, custom made pineapple cookies, and cream pops kept us cool!
We set the table low to the ground for lounge seating and topped it with our favorite pink plates from World Market and these adorble bowls from Home Goods! The wood flatware and rattan drink coozies are also from World Market. Fresh clippings from our Florida garden were the perfect and simple touch to finish the table.We love al fresco dining here in Florida but being outside seems like a chore during these hot summer months. A shady spot next to the pool was just the ticket to keep us from being locked up in hibernation entirely!
