Reality star Scott Disick just turned 40 years old, and his ex didn't wish him a happy birthday.
But that's okay, he's doing great. He just bought himself a new Rolls Royce.
And don't worry, though he "loves cars," he says his kids are "my true loves."
Back when we were first introduced to the Kardashian crew and their entourage in 2007 on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, there were some who thought, "These people have no reason to be famous. We shouldn't know who they are, and in a year, we will have already forgotten who they are."
But now it's 16 years later, and we still pay enough attention to Scott Disick to know what he gifted himself for his 40th birthday. And you can let that reality inform your outlook on humanity in any way you like.
Some fans noticed that Disick's ex, Kourtney Kardashian, didn't wish him a happy birthday on social media as Disick turned the big 4-0, and suggested that Disick might be upset about it, and having a rough one. But would a middle-aged divorced guy who was having a rough time buy himself a big expensive car, post about it, and then talk about how he cares so much about his kids? What about that screams "middle-aged divorced guy going through it" to you?
The totally-doing-great reality star took to social media to showcase the new black Rolls Royce he bought himself for to kick off his fourth decade of life. He made the post with the caption, "Happy birthday 2 myself. Hate to say this but I think this might be the number 1 wide body rolls truck on the block thanks to @jkplatinum and @jkplatinum." So again we ask, would a man in the midst of a midlife crisis boast about having "the number 1 wide body rolls truck on the block"? Certainly not.
But rest assured, Disick really wants to make sure we know that his number one gift in life isn't his sick ride, but his kids, Reign and Penelope. He posted a picture of Reign eating a sandwich with the caption, "Love cars but now back 2 my true loves! Rayman enjoying his meal."
