Three generations of the Presley family were in attendance for a special screening of Elvis at Graceland over the weekend.

The King's ex-wife Priscilla, their daughter Lisa Marie, and Priscilla's granddaughter, Riley Keough, united to watch the long-awaited biopic at the crooner's legendary home in Memphis, Tennessee.

The forthcoming movie, directed by Baz Lurhmann and starring Austin Bulter as Elvis and Tom Hanks as Colonel Parker, received rave reviews from the family.

"In my life it's been one disappointment after the other in terms of people portraying my father," Lisa-Marie told the crowd. "In the various films or attempts to. Bless their hearts, I'm sure they meant well."

"I'm sure they meant well," she reiterated, "but let me just tell you something. At this point, I tell you this with all my heart, that's the reason I'm here. It's been done right."

Priscilla expressed similar sentiments on her Facebook page on Monday.

"By all accounts, Austin Butler has recharged the life of Elvis Presley," she wrote. "Not that it has ever left us, but it will, I feel, give our younger generation a taste of why Elvis is 'still' the king of [rock and roll], beloved, and always will be."

She continued: "Baz Luhrmann has made a film about Elvis that I feel will leave a mark as one of the most artistic, creative, stylized, and sensitive films to date, on an important part of Elvis' life."

Elvis will premiere in theaters on June 24.
